Our shop pages are undergoing a refit so for now we only have one game, The Hen Commandments, available to buy via Paypal. If you're ordering outside the UK, please contact us for postage rates.

Order Process

  1. You order online, via Paypal.
  2. You'll receive a confirmation of your order from Paypal - keep this!
  3. We collect and provess all orders on a weekly basis. If you need a game quickly, get in touch first and we'll do our best to help

Please note: We do this in our spare time when and however we can fit it in. We do our very best to respond to queries etc. as soon as possible, but please forgive us if we're away, brushing up on our urban guerrilla skills, when you write.

Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund right up to the moment of dispatch. Please contact us, quoting your order ID. If your game has already been sent to you and you want a refund, you may do so within 14 days, but you must bear the cost of returning it to us. The game must be unopened and as good as new.

Damaged Goods

We package our games really well, but very occasionally they can get damaged in transit. If you notice damage to the outside box please make sure it's noted when you sign, that way we can replace or refund your item quickly. If you discover the damage after you've signed for it, we can't guarantee a replacement or refund. However, if you take photos and get in touch we'll contact the carrier and see what we can do.
